1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/4 vegetable oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
13/4 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup molasses
Mix dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients
then combine. Use batter in any waffle iron. Serve
with fruit and syrup.
