2 cans diced tomato (plain- don't get the Mexican or Italian spiced)
3 large green onions-chopped
1-2 jalapenos
garlic salt
blender
Put one can of diced tomato in blender with chopped green onions. Chop 1 jalapeno and place in blender (you might want to even start with 1/2 of one, bc they seem to be pretty hot lately.) put 2ND can of green onion on top. Sprinkle about a tbsp of garlic salt on top, and pulse blend. Try not to blend it too much, bc you loose the chunks.
* The garlic salt and jalapeno are going to be added to your taste, so start with just a little and add as you go. I usually end up with about 1 jalapeno and 2 tbsp of garlic salt.
